Investment Banking Associate - Middle Market M&A Advisory
We are working with an established, independent M&A advisory and investment banking firm that specializes exclusively in middle‑market transactions. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑touch, relationship‑driven advisory services to founder‑owned and sponsor‑backed businesses.
The firm is highly selective in its engagements, focusing only on transactions where client objectives can be achieved and where incentives are fully aligned. This approach has resulted in longstanding client relationships, repeat business, and an exceptionally strong reputation among business owners, attorneys, and private equity investors.
Platform Overview
• Focuses on middle‑market companies with revenues ranging from $10mm-$250mm
• Strong regional presence in the U.S. with meaningful cross‑border capabilities
• Member of a global M&A partnership providing access to local transaction expertise across dozens of countries
• Known for senior‑level involvement throughout the deal process and a collaborative internal culture

• Direct access to senior decision‑makers and firm leadership
• Entrepreneurial platform with a strong, stable deal flow
• Culture centered around alignment, integrity, and client outcomes rather than bureaucracy
